Customized Modular Metal Laboratory Furniture With Starch Resistance Worktop

 

 

2. Technical Data

 

A. Worktop: The worktop is based on the requirement of customers such as phenolic resin board, epoxy resin board or ceramic board. The edge of worktop will be treated specially to ensure its safety for human body.
B. Structure: Steel structure, full cabinet design, the material for cabinet is 1.0mm BAOGANG cold rolled sheet. The processing procedures includes cutting, grooving, bending, shaping, assembling and polishing. The products are produced by precise CNC machine. All the welding points have been polished specially which will not hurt the hand. The inside cabinet is with front and back upright columns and reinforcing ribs to increase the bearing capacity and impact resistance capacity.
C. Cabinet: The cabinet is made of high quality cold rolled sheet with different thickness as per its different loading weight. The surface is treated by acid washing, phosphorization before coating by epoxy resin powder. The cabinets can be opened with all blank space without middle support. The inside cabinet is equipped with adjustable setting for mobile layer.
D. C-Frame: It's made of 60x40x1.5mm steel pipe coated with epoxy resin powder.
E. Surface panel for door and drawer: The door is with double layer made of 1.0 BAOGANG cold rolled sheet. We can fill the sound insulation material into the inside space between two layers if it's required by customer. The drawer is shaped once made of bending cold rolled sheets. It's with excellent bearing capacity for the support of drawer. The sealed panel after bending connects with the outside drawer surface by self-drilling screws. It can prevent the crashing when closing the drawer and noise caused by abrasing the coated layer.
F. Bottom panel for cabinet body: The bottom panel is formed once with reinforcing ribs to increase its bearing capacity and prevent the deforming of steel layers.
G. Handle: Stainless steel U-type handle or long handle shaped once made of steel.
H. Movable back panel: Movable and free dissembling structure which is convenient for checking water, electricity and gas pipe etc.
I. Movable layer: It's with reinforcing rib inside to increase its bearing capacity to avoid deforming. It can be dissembled freely and the height can be adjusted.
J. Hinge: Using durable DTC 90 degree or 304 stainless steel hinge which can be used for long time.
K. Drawer sliding rail: Using 3-joints bearing drawer rail with noise reduction, it can ensure the full opening for the drawer with good bearing capacity and without deforming.
L. Shelf: The shelf is made of steel frame and steel hanging pieces. The layer is made of toughened glass which is suitable to put all kinds of chemicals on it.
