A. Worktop Regular configuration: 19mm epoxy resin worktop,12.7 mm lab grade phenolic resin worktop,20mm ceramic worktop or any other worktop specified by customers are available for your selection. There's water-proof partition with same material as worktop beside the sink.

B.Door and cabinet body:

1.0 or 1.2 mm cold rolled steel plate coated with AkzoNobel epoxy resin powder(famous brand) after welding, polishing, acid cleaning, phosphating etc.It includes 13 kinds of chemical treatment processes. Surface is very smooth after careful and repeated polishing. The powder quality is better than common type, the coating surface is with excellent adhesive force, excellent features on chemical resistance.The door is with sound absorbing material inside to make sound minimum when the door is opened or closed. Every cabinet is equipped with 4 adjustable feet in case the floor is not flat enough. The weight capacity can reach 90KG in horizontally when all doors are open fully.

C. Handle: Stainless steel 128mm U-type handle, long handle shaped once made of steel or long aluminum alloy handle.

D. Movable back panel: Movable and free dissembling structure which is convenient for checking water, electricity and gas pipe etc.

E. Hinge: 304 stainless steel hinge with high weight capacity. The hinge can be adjusted on different direction. The max angle can reach 170 degree.

F. Drawer sliding rail: Specialized made heavy duty drawer slide without noise. The weight capacity can reach 68KG on horizontally when the drawer slides are pulled fully. it can ensure the full opening for the drawer with good bearing capacity and without deforming.

G. Shelf: The shelf is made of 100x40mm steel frame and steel hanging pieces. The layer is made of 8mm toughened glass which is suitable to put all kinds of chemicals on it. Also custom-made reagent shelves with more designs are for your selection.

L. Accessories: TOFF brand. Sink is made of high quality PP material with size 550x450x310mm or 440x340x300mm. Epoxy sink is also available. To keep the sink stable, there's steel tubes to support it under the sink.
